How to initiate a return
Photographic evidence must be provided showing that the products are still in new condition and have been properly packaged in their original packaging
You will then receive return labels from the shipping company, including your Return Merchandise Authorization Number via your email address
Within 30 days of the trial, our support team will issue a full refund upon receipt of the item in the original packaging and in like new condition, or a new replacement item equal to the value of the returned item will be sent to you if you request an exchange.

Your refund will be processed 2-3 days after we receive the item. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account
